Winter Citrus Salad

4 tangerines
4 cups mixed salad greens
2 green onions
1/2 pomegranate (seeded)
6 oz goat cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped)

Dressing

Reserved tangerine juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Peel tangerines and cut out sections, reserving all juice for the dressing. In a large bowl, add all salad ingredients. In a separate small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. Serve immediately.
