Savory Herb Butter

1 Stick softened butter Print
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh sage
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 Tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt

Add all ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix until thoroughly com-bined. Place butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log shape. Tuck plastic wrap ends under and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Savory Herb Butter is lovely on crusty bread or as a flavoring for roasting chicken and vegetables.
