Roasted Asparagus

1 Bunch fresh asparagus Print
Extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Clean asparagus and snap off ends. Toss asparagus with olive oil to coat and season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer in a roasting pan. Roast asparagus, turning once, half-way through cooking time, until tender and slightly browned, about 20 to 30 minutes.
