About the Author
Troy Brown is an author-chef who has worked in the food industry for more than ten years. He regularly traveled around the United States teaching people how to cook. He conducted team-building cooking classes for both small and large groups in high-tech Silicone Valley, California. His passion for portabella mushrooms inspired him to write this book.
