Blueberry Granita

1 pint Fresh blueberriesPrint
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice



 

Puree blueberries in a blender or food processor. Strain blueberries into a medium –sized baking dish. Add water, sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Place in freezer for 4 hours, scraping mixture with a fork every 30 minutes to break up the freezing mixture.
